I’ve been a huge fan of Achmed the terrorist now, and it’s grown into more than a passing hobby. Since his humor has entertained me it’s prompted me to write about Achmed the terrorist more and more.
His witty one liners, silence I kill you, and stop touching me has had me, and hundreds of thousands more in fits of hysterics. |
Why is Achmed the terrorist so incredibly darned funny huh?
Well it’s not just Achmed, it’s the brilliance of Jeff Dunham working behind him, making his gags work, and interweaving his humor with the other puppets that jeff has hand made himself – yep each and every one of them.
Achmed the terrorist has partly enabled his creator Jeff Dunham to rake in more than 22 million dollars in earnings and reach the Forbes top 100 rich list – and that’s a pretty big feat to achieve. he sits at number 93 if you want to go and check out his credentials.

Achmed the terrorist has now entertained people all over the world and produced lots of DVD sets, one off’s, TV shows and Achmed ringtones and way way more cool stuff too. For the truly dedicated Achmed the terrorist fan there is pretty much nothing that you can not get.
Mug’s, t-shirts, caps, mousemats – you name it, Achmed the terrorist is on it! This means that any Achmed fans can have a slice of Achmed wherever they are – at home or at work – sit back and take a laugh and suddenly everything becomes fun again. There is even an Achmed puppet for sale.
Achmed the terrorist is famed for not realising that he is actually a very terrible suicide bomber – he just cannot do it right and ultimately ended up as a make believe skeletal dummy with nothing but bones and a turban to show for himself. He calls it a Flesh wound.

Is it possible that someone else could actually be funnier than Jeff Dunham?

Possibly one of the greatest Ventriloquists of all time in my opinion. The way he can mask the words and divert us to what is happening with “Orson” his character is just amazing. Anyway, without further ado, check out this and leave your comments below:
Personally I am just a huge fan of people who are really good at their job. Dan Horn is a really worthwhile act to watch.

Achmed The Terrorist
Recently, Achmed the terrorist uploaded quite a bit of content to the various video sharing websites, but the content owners Viacom have had his funeral content removed due to copyright violations. Silence!
This is a real shame for us fans because each piece of content brought out is a real gem to watch over and over and I feel pretty certain that the content owners could leverage free advertising from it’s content, especially as most videos these days spawn thousands and thousands of page views due to their popularity, and that people tell their friends, and so on and so forth.
Not to mention the fact that Youtube (and the rest) are high ranking websites and most of their videos rank naturally high in Google search engine results page (SERPS), so the best way would be to only allow certain content items that have a URL on the front end “viacom, or jeffdunham.com advert etc etc.
This is just my lame excuse because I cant bring you guys this great footage.. sigh!
Oh well.. onwards and upwards huh!
